Railroad Safety Flagger Northern Region
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content to appropriate headings. Use only sections that have real specific content. No Pay or Schedule unless present. Travel requirements could be under Schedule? Not exactly. Could be under "Travel Requirements" but not in list. The instruction says use those example headings but not limited? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Probably we should use those headings where appropriate. So we can have:
- About the role (Job Summary)
- Responsibilities (Essential Duties & Responsibilities)
- Requirements (Qualifications)
- Benefits (Benefits & Perks)
- Travel Requirements maybe as its own heading? Not in list but could be "Travel". But instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Travel could be part of Requirements? Might be separate but we can include as its own heading "Travel". However they didn't list Travel as example but we can still use for any section heading. The rule: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, just gives examples. So we can add Travel.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove "Apply now..." etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So include Who We Are description? That's about company; could be under "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is company overview, not role. Could be under "About the role"? Might be better as "About the company". But instruction says use headings like About the role. We could treat "Who We Are" as "About the role"? Not exactly. Maybe we can include a section "About RailPros" but that's not in examples. However we need to preserve all substantive information; we could include it as a

for section headings (e.g...). It doesn't say every paragraph must be under a heading. So we can have a
for the Who We Are description, then headings for sections. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat. Let's extract content: Who We Are: paragraph about RailPros. Job Summary: paragraph about RWIC position. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: list of duties (bullet points). We'll convert to
- .
Travel Requirements: paragraph about travel across states, willingness, per diems, mileage.
Qualifications: includes Knowledge Skills and Abilities (list) and Required Education And Experience (list). We'll combine under Requirements? Actually Qualifications includes both KSAs and Education/Experience. We'll make a section "Requirements" with sub-sections? Could just list all as
- . Might be long but okay.
Why RailPros? (Culture) plus Benefits & Perks: we can combine under Benefits. The "Why RailPros?" includes culture pillars; Benefits & Perks list. We'll put under Benefits.
We must not include EEO etc.
Now craft HTML.

We could include these under Benefits as well, but they are more culture. Could make a separate section "Culture". But instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine culture and benefits under Benefits heading. That's okay.
We must not include boilerplate like "Choose a career where your work truly matters..." etc. That's part of Why RailPros? after culture pillars. That is substantive? It's more marketing but still part of posting. We could include as a paragraph under Benefits? Might be okay.
But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include that paragraph as well.
Let's extract that paragraph:
"Choose a career where your work truly matters. At RailPros, you’ll be part of a stable, growing industry and a team driven by strong core values. We collaborate, innovate, and stay ahead of industry changes to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Our culture is built on trust, continuous improvement, and practical problem solving. We'll include that as a
under Benefits section maybe before the list. Now construct HTML. We'll start with

Job Summary paragraph. Then
Responsibilities

Travel Requirements
... maybe combine three sentences into one paragraph or separate
each? We'll put as
with line breaks? Better to keep as
containing all three sentences separated by spaces. Then
Requirements
- combine KSAs and education/experience.
Then
Benefits
Why RailPros? culture pillars paragraph plus the closing paragraph? Actually we have two paragraphs: the culture pillars (list) and the closing paragraph. We could make
- for culture pillars? They are not exactly list but we can treat as

Why RailPros? (Culture) plus Benefits & Perks: we can combine under Benefits. The "Why RailPros?" includes culture pillars; Benefits & Perks list. We'll put under Benefits.
