Railroad Dispatcher, Attractions

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising and enforcing all policies and procedures of the Zoo and Zooline Railroad as it pertains to the Railroad Dispatchers and Engineers.
• Open and close Railroad and oversee cash-handling, revenue collection and daily records.
• Responsible for handling public questions and concerns.
• Creates a positive, fun and professional work atmosphere for our guests and team.

Qualifications

• Must have the physical ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Must have a flexible work schedule and must be able to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for several hours at a time.
• Strong communications skills and previous cash handling experience preferred.
• All successful candidates for this position will be required to submit to a criminal background check and drug test.
