Railroad Dispatcher, Attractions

Responsibilities

• Supervise and enforce all policies and procedures of the Zoo and Zooline Railroad related to Railroad Dispatchers and Engineers.
• Open and close Railroad operations and oversee cash-handling, revenue collection, and daily records.
• Handle public questions and concerns.
• Create a positive, fun, and professional work atmosphere for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Able to work flexible schedules including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and previous cash handling experience preferred.
• All candidates must submit to a criminal background check and drug test.
