Work environment

Qualifications
- Able to work now and in the future without BNSF's assistance (whether monetary, through sponsorship, or otherwise) in obtaining, maintaining, or extending employment authorization (including H-1B, STEM OPT/CPT, or TN nonimmigrant status)
- At least 21 years of age or will be by the start date listed above
- Have a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or able to obtain one within 60 days of employment
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs without assistance
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, and sleet)
- Able to visually distinguish among red, blue, green, and yellow colors
- Able to hear and, with training, distinguish auditory signals
- Able to perform work on uneven surfaces, including frequently climbing ladders and on/off equipment
- Union membership is with the Brotherhood of Railway Carmen and union dues are required per union agreement
Pay
Entry Rate $37.18/hr; Full Rate $44.26/hr - annual pay of $77,331 - $92,060 w/3 - 5 years seniority
