Rail - Transportation Manager - Arizona

Key Accountabilities

• Accountable for ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Oversees the day-to-day operations, including field supervisors, dispatchers, service quality, notifications, and higher-level support.
• Supports in leading a customer-oriented culture where all staff 'Think Like a Passenger.'
• Adheres to all local and federal (FTA) regulations and in accordance with Keolis and Agency policies.

Skills, Knowledge, & Experience

• A minimum of 7 years of experience managing similar sized projects in a light rail or commuter transit environment. 3 years must be in a related position or program.
• College degree preferred.
• Must be a resident of proposed business (or willing to relocate).
