Rail Support Operator

What You'll Do:

• Promote Safety
• Travel and Related Equipment
• Operate Rail Switches and Manual Devices
• Maintain and Enter Records
• Perform General Physical Tasks
• Assist with Train Loading/Unloading
• Monitor Material Flow and Load-Out Settings

Skills You'll Need:

• Previous Experience in Aggregate or Construction Industry
• Knowledge of Best Practices Regarding Communication, Train Movements, and Operation
• Flexibility to Work Overtime and Extended Hours
• Ability to Work Outside in All Weather Conditions
• Some Knowledge of Industrial Tools and Their Uses and Maintenance

Hourly Range:

The hourly range for this role is between $22.79 and $27.01. This range does not include our discretionary bonus or equity package.
