Main Responsibilities
- Design Support production in design phases, including 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation decks.
- Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and a refined aesthetic and functional sensibility throughout the design process.
- Produce and coordinate comprehensive technical drawings, including document sets across all phases.
- Ensure design intent is accurately translated through coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Work closely with teammates to promote a culture of design excellence.
- Collaborate holistically with internal architecture teams to integrate interiors seamlessly with the broader project vision.
- Communicate effectively with Partners and Directors to advance project goals and studio standards.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Licensure: All candidates must be registered architects in the State of California.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of 3ds Max, Corona, and/or other high-quality rendering software.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and material research.
- Able to create persuasive and visually compelling presentation materials.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in architecture firms.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic studio environment with evolving timelines.
