Main Responsibilities

• Design Support production in design phases, including 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation decks.
• Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and a refined aesthetic and functional sensibility throughout the design process.
• Produce and coordinate comprehensive technical drawings, including document sets across all phases.
• Ensure design intent is accurately translated through coordination with consultants and contractors.
• Work closely with teammates to promote a culture of design excellence.
• Collaborate holistically with internal architecture teams to integrate interiors seamlessly with the broader project vision.
• Communicate effectively with Partners and Directors to advance project goals and studio standards.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Licensure: All candidates must be registered architects in the State of California.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of 3ds Max, Corona, and/or other high-quality rendering software.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and material research.
• Able to create persuasive and visually compelling presentation materials.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
