About the role

A CT Technologist/Radiology Technologist who performs CT and X-Ray imaging procedures with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment including X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS systems.
  • Perform imaging exams following policies, procedures, and regulations; notify physicians of results.
  • Provide patient care support and assist healthcare staff.
  • Maintain documentation, logs, and records in paper and electronic formats.
  • Perform basic clinical procedures under physician or nurse direction.
  • Conduct routine equipment maintenance, quality control, proficiency testing, and record retention.
  • Support laboratory testing and sample collection; ensure supplies are stocked.
  • Travel between facility locations and participate in staff meetings.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
  • Certification as a medical radiologic technologist and ARRT registration in radiography required.
  • CT certification required (or within 12 months, depending on location).
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience and 1+ years CT and ER experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with imaging hardware/software, PACS, and strong communication skills in English.
