Radiology Technologist (PRN/Nights)

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of imaging procedures, including CT scans and X-Rays, with minimal supervision.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment such as X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS systems.
• Assist physicians and staff by providing technical support and patient care throughout the facility.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and laws; notify physicians of results.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and records in both paper and electronic formats.
• Perform basic clinical procedures under supervision, perform lab testing, and maintain supplies.
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance, quality control, proficiency testing, and recordkeeping.
• Travel to multiple facility locations and participate in staff meetings as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED; AMA-approved Radiology Technology program graduation.
• State certification as a radiologic technologist and ARRT registration in radiography; CT registration preferred or required within 12 months.
• Current BLS certification; 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience preferred.
• Proficiency with imaging hardware/software and PACS; fluent in English.
