Radiology Technologist (PRN)

About the role

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures as a PRN Radiology Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for radiographic exams.
• Perform radiographic exams independently, including portable and emergency room procedures.
• Occasionally assist in the Operating Room.
• Ensure high-quality imaging and customer service.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Radiography.
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)). ARRT registration preferred.
• IEMA (Illinois) license and radiology certification.
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred.

Skills

• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent patient communication.
• Proficiency with imaging equipment (Siemens, Samsung, Carestream).
• Flexibility for evenings, overnight shifts, and on-call situations.
