Radiology Technologist - Outpatient

Role Overview: The Radiology Technologist performs general imaging procedures on adult and pediatric patients to aid in diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, conducting radiographic examinations independently, and operating C-arm and portable X-ray machines. The role requires professionalism, excellent customer service, and adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills: Associate degree or higher in a related fieldRegistered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) certificationOptional experience in MRI, CT, ARRT, or related imaging modalitiesLicenses such as IEMA (Illinois) or equivalent, preferredCPR certification desirable Key Duties: Prepare patients and equipment for imaging proceduresPerform radiographic exams accurately and efficientlyOperate imaging equipment including C-arm and portable X-ray devicesMaintain patient safety and comfort while providing high-quality imaging services Additional Information: Position offers a day shift schedule with no weekends, calls, or holidays.
