About the Role
The Radiology Technologist Manager oversees daily operations of the Diagnostic Imaging Department, including modalities such as General Radiology, CT, Mammography, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and PET. They ensure services meet established standards, policies, and regulatory requirements, and support hospital initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage staffing schedules and delegate tasks
- Guide staff and provide clinical support when needed 6li> Participate in staff training, quality improvement, and regulatory inspections
- Develop and revise policies and procedures
- Monitor workflow and handle personnel actions
- Assist in budget development
- Ensure compliance with laws and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related fields
- Certification in relevant modalities (e.g., ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB)
- Three to five years of progressive imaging experience with leadership exposure
