About the role
We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to perform imaging exams based on physician orders, utilizing advanced imaging equipment while ensuring patient safety and optimal image quality. The role requires clinical judgment for proper positioning, radiation dose calibration, and minimizing exposure with ALARA principles.
Responsibilities
- Patient assessment
- Equipment operation
- Producing high-quality images with consideration for individual and age-related needs
Qualifications
- Certification, license, or registration as a radiographer
- Oregon Radiographer License or Temporary License upon hire
- National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
