Radiology Technologist (Evening)

About the role

The Radiology Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in diagnosing and treating patients, ensuring high-quality, prompt services. You will prepare patients and equipment, inform patients about procedures, and independently conduct radiographic examinations, including portable and on-call procedures. The role requires delivering courteous, compassionate care with a focus on customer service and professionalism.

Schedule

This position involves working primarily during evening hours, with no weekends or calls, and participating in holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school equivalent
• Radiology Technologist (Registered) license
• IEMA license (Illinois only, excluding MRI)
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience
• Preferred: CPR certification
• No supervisory experience required

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures
• Provide clear instructions and maintain a high level of customer service
• Perform radiographic exams independently, including portable and on-call procedures
