River Hospital is seeking a Radiographic Technologist to work full-time in our Radiology Department. NEW GRADS WELCOME TO APPLY!!! Job Purpose Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with approved techniques and standards as established by radiologists governing and professional bodies. Operates radiographic equipment to obtain optimum images to aid in the diagnosis of disease and or to measure the progress of disease. Recognizes the purpose of employment is to prioritize as number one, and to put forth the utmost quality as a technologist. Qualifications Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic TechnologyOne full year experience as a Radiologic Technologist, preferred Cross trained in CT preferred but not required, will train in house Valid New York State radiology registration as required by lawRegistry by the American Registry of Radiologic TechnologyCurrent CPR/BLS certification (or ability to become certified onsite within 60 days of hire) New Graduates welcome to apply
