Radiology Technologist
About the role
Provides quality care to patients. Performs Radiology/CT exams proficiently to provide Inland Imaging Radiologists with accurate information for interpretation. Participates in scheduled 24‑hour on‑call availability, assuring evening and weekend coverage. Contributes to the growth and development of the Diagnostic Imaging department and brings improvement opportunities to management. Responsible for radiological procedures, assisting radiologists, and operating radiographic equipment as outlined in the position description.
Responsibilities
- Set up and conduct radiological procedures
- Perform quality control and reporting tasks
- Assist radiologists during exams
- Operate and maintain radiographic equipment
- Participate in 24‑hour on‑call rotation (evenings and weekends)
- Contribute ideas for department growth and process improvement
Requirements
- Equivalent of two years community college/vocational training in an accredited radiological technologist program
- Washington State Radiologic Technologist license upon hire
- National certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) upon hire
- BLS Provider certification (American Heart Association) upon hire
- One year of relevant experience or equivalent

Pay
Base pay range: $32.92 – $51.11 per hour. Additional compensation may be available, including shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Placement within the range is based on relevant experience and other applicable factors.
Schedule
Per‑diem, variable shifts. Includes participation in a 24‑hour on‑call rotation covering evenings and weekends. On‑site at St. Joseph’s Hospital, 500 E. Webster, Chewelah, WA.
