Pay: Casual position. New RT graduates without experience, recently ARRT certified, start at $29.11/hour. RT employees are eligible for a bonus after 1 full year of employment. You. As An RT, You Need To Know How To Perform X-rays in accordance with Primary Health policies and proceduresDisplay the highest quality customer service on the phone and in personAssist Front Office Staff in managing details of patients, schedules, and referralsAssist in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a provider and/or physicianProvide clinical triage/communication as defined by protocol or per provider instructionsPrepare treatment rooms for examination of patients, including sterilization, cleaning, and checks on medical equipmentPrepare basic laboratory tests on premises and prepare laboratory specimensPerform phlebotomy involved with the proper collection, labeling, processing, and distribution of specimens for laboratory testing from patients of all agesAssist the back office in managing patient flow, paperwork, and documentationProvide quality patient education based on assessment of needsPerform tests and procedures as orderedAccurately document patient encounters and interventions performedRelay provider instructions to patientsAssist with all non-direct patient care tasks (autoclaving, stocking room, scanning records, mailing, etc.)Aid in identifying methods of improving patient careAssist or lead in emergency situationsMaintain confidentiality regarding patient and business functions of the organization, i.e., HIPAAPerform other duties as assigned Your Experience.
