Role Overview: As a Radiologic Technologist, you will perform diagnostic imaging exams utilizing specialized equipment, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Maintain competency in clinical and technical functions, verify patient identity, prepare patients for exams, operate equipment, evaluate image quality, adhere to safety guidelines, and document procedures accurately. Assist and instruct colleagues and students, provide patient education, ensure comfort, follow infection control protocols, and operate information systems effectively. Qualifications & Skills: ARRT certification, radiologic technologist license, BLS certification, and preferred experience of 1-2 years with IV certification. Necessary skills include anatomy knowledge, image evaluation, equipment operation, teamwork, communication, and task prioritization. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to read labels, operate monitors, transfer patients, stand for periods, and navigate busy environments. Must demonstrate manual dexterity, communication skills, and physical strength for patient handling and equipment manipulation.
