Radiology Technologist

Role Overview This position involves performing general radiographic procedures to diagnose and treat adult and pediatric patients, requiring preparation of patients and equipment, and conducting imaging examinations independently or in on-call situations. The technologist must demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service throughout each procedure. Key Responsibilities Prepare patients and equipment, explaining procedures clearly.Perform radiographic imaging, including portable and on-call exams, as assigned. Qualifications Associate degree or Trade School equivalency.Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)).Licenses including IEMA (excluding MRI) and Radiology Technologist registration. Experience & Skills No experience required; preferred 2+ years for advanced roles.CPR certification is a plus.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
