Radiology Technologist

About the Role

Perform accurate radiographic and CT procedures, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Execute radiology exams efficiently and according to protocols.
• Initiate interventions when exams indicate urgent attention.
• Review exam indications and report inappropriate orders.
• Provide complete exam data for radiologist review.
• Utilize PACS, RIS, HIS, and EMR systems, and manage image storage and retrieval.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards.
• Mentor staff and students, and assist with record maintenance.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or certificate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT Certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Effective communication, visual acuity, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including day/evening shifts and on-call rotations.
