About the Role
The radiological technician performs routine and emergent radiographic imaging, including X-ray and CT exams, adhering to ALARA protocols to minimize radiation exposure.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality imaging procedures using ionizing radiation
- Follow safety guidelines to ensure patient and staff safety
- Maintain accurate documentation of imaging procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six months to one-year clinical experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Relevant licensure and certifications preferred
