Role Overview
Support patient care as a Radiologic Technologist across outpatient clinics, performing diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate radiologic equipment to capture high-quality images for diagnosis.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment calibration.
- Assist in clinic settings, possibly performing Medical Assistant (MA) duties.
- Provide coverage across multiple clinic locations, including rural areas, with travel as required.
- Participate in orientation and training, with an expectation of role retention for at least 6 months.
Qualifications & Skills
- ARRT (R) certification and state radiologic technologist license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred: 1-2 years radiology experience, IV certification.
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to operate complex equipment.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and staff.
- Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients, often involving heavy items and prolonged standing.
Additional Details
- Availability for full-shift coverage, including weekends and holidays.
- Shift differentials apply for evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Part-time position with 20 hours weekly, with shifts between 6:30 AM – 12:00 AM.
- Hourly rate ranges from $29.14 to $44.94 based on experience.
