Radiology Technician, Clinic

About the role

As a Radiology Technician at National Park Medical Center, you will be part of a diverse healthcare network dedicated to enhancing community health. Your responsibilities include operating ultrasound equipment, lifting and moving patients, and ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Performing diagnostic imaging procedures using ultrasound equipment
• Lifting and moving patients as needed
• Ensuring patient comfort and safety during examinations
• Handling sensitive health information with confidentiality
• Adhering to safety and infection control protocols
• Supporting timely diagnoses and effective treatment plans

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology program
• Current Radiation Operator Certificate (state of practice)
• ARRT registration in Radiology
• BLS certification

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
