Radiology Technician

About the role

Columbia River Surgery Center has an immediate need for a PRN Radiology Technician.

Responsibilities

• Perform multiple procedures under the direction of specialized physicians, including operation of special imaging and radiology equipment.
• Skilled at sterile field assistance during operating room and other procedures.
• Monday-Friday work schedule
• NO call required
• NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program in Radiology Technology or X Ray Technology.
• 1+ years of experience in C-Arm and Portable x-rays in operating room setting.
• ARRT Registered, State MRT and CPR Current.
• Knowledgeable of local, state, federal and Joint Commission Regulations.
• Must possess independent decision making skills.
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items is required.
