About the role
We are seeking a Radiology Technician to join our team. This role is driven by a commitment to providing exceptional patient care that exceeds industry standards and patient expectations.
Responsibilities
- Reviews patient history and physician’s orders.
- Educates patients regarding procedures, equipment, and exams to ensure understanding and cooperation.
- Prepares and administers contrast media and/or medications within scope of practice.
- Maintains patient condition and reports/responds to changes in status as necessary.
- Positions patients and performs imaging procedures.
- Analyzes results and identifies issues with the quality of imaging results. Takes appropriate action to resolve image quality issues, including repositioning patients and repeating procedures.
- Enters, transmits, and reports scan results.
Requirements
The following qualifications are required:
- Graduate of a Program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent validation by current licensure.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- (WA) State Radiation Operators License or temporary (WA) State Radiation Operators license within 6 months of hire.
- ARRT certification within 6 months of hire.
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Qualifications
Essential functions of this position may require the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Pass background check.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of radiation safety protocols.

Pay
Hourly range: $21.48 - $30.51
