About the role
Join a dynamic imaging team performing diagnostic X-rays, fluoroscopy, portable and OR exams, and bone density procedures.
Responsibilities
- Explain procedures, prepare patients, and ensure safety and compliance with radiation guidelines.
- Transport and position patients, prepare contrast media, and monitor patients during procedures.
- Ensure high-quality images are submitted promptly, maintain equipment, and keep the department clean.
- May perform limited CT procedures in emergent situations.
Requirements
- Completion of a Radiology Technology program.
- No prior experience required.
- Must hold relevant state licenses and certifications, including BLS and ARRT-R or ARRT-BD credentials.
Physical requirements
- Constant standing and walking.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent use of vision, hearing, and manual dexterity.
