Responsibilities

• Administers medications and sterile solutions as directed/authorized by provider
• Answers incoming patient clinical questions
• Processes all medication and refill requests accurately and timely in accordance with organization standards
• Schedules referrals, testing, and procedures as ordered by the provider
• Promotes patient use of MyChart
• Affords assistance to the team in achieving Meaningful Use measures
