Location: Houston, TX | Full-time | Pay Range: $130,000-$150,000 Per Year

Join our team in Houston, TX, as a Radiology Team Lead, where you will provide technical and operational leadership in an imaging environment. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders and managing technology systems for radiology operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical and operational aspects of the imaging environment.
• Collaborate with project managers, radiology managers, and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage incident and problem resolution, system changes, and project execution.
• Coach team members to enhance their skills in project planning and problem management.
• Ensure clinical continuity and vendor management for ongoing and upcoming initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with imaging systems and related technologies.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to set clear expectations and monitor progress.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to promote team independence while maintaining accountability.
• Experience in managing large-scale system migrations and integrations.
