Radiology Supervisor | Night Shift | CT Experience Required

Role Overview

Supervises and coordinates operations within assigned cost center(s) to ensure accurate, timely services for customers. Provides leadership and supervision to staff members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff management.
• Ensure quality patient care and service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, certifications, and safety standards.
• Supervise a team of approximately 10 employees.

Qualifications And Skills

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiology, Cardiovascular discipline, or equivalent on-the-job training.
• 3-5 years of radiology, interventional, or cardiovascular lab experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

Certifications And Licenses

• Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Credentialed or licensed in a radiology modality (e.g., ARRT, NMTCB, ARDMS, CCI).
• Preferred: Certification in two radiology modalities.
