Radiology Supervisor - Full Time

Role Overview

Supervises and coordinates operations of assigned cost center(s) to ensure accurate and timely services are provided to patients. Provides leadership and supervision to a team of approximately 10 staff members.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations
• Ensuring quality patient care
• Maintaining compliance with imaging and patient care equipment standards
• Oversees staff performance and fosters a collaborative work environment

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent, with coursework or training in Radiology, Cardiovascular disciplines, or related fields. An Associate's degree is preferred.

Skills and Certifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency with computers
• Familiarity with imaging and patient care equipment
• Current BLS certification
• Relevant licensure or certification in radiology modalities such as ARRT, NMTCB, ARDMS, or CCI
• Preferred: multiple radiology modalities

Experience

• At least 2 years in Radiology, Interventional, or Cardiovascular labs, or supervisory experience
• Preferred: Five or more years as a radiological technologist and over three years in a supervisory role
