Radiology Supervisor - Full Time

About the Role

Supervises and coordinates operations of designated cost center(s) to ensure accurate and timely service delivery to customers. Provides leadership and supervision to staff members.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, ensuring quality and efficiency of services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiology, Cardiovascular discipline, or relevant on-the-job training.
• Must hold current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Credentialed, certified, or licensed in a radiology modality such as ARRT, NMTCB, ARDMS, or CCI.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Radiology, Interventional, or Cardiovascular Labs; or supervisory experience.
• Preferred: 5+ years as a radiological technologist and over 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Supervises 10 employees.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with computer systems.
• Familiarity with imaging and patient care equipment.
