Radiology Supervisor - Full Time

Role Overview: Supervises and coordinates operations of designated cost center(s) to ensure accurate and timely service delivery to customers. Provides leadership and supervision to staff members. Qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.Graduate of an accredited Radiology, Cardiovascular discipline, or relevant on-the-job training.Must hold current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.Credentialed, certified, or licensed in a radiology modality such as ARRT, NMTCB, ARDMS, or CCI.Minimum of 2 years' experience in Radiology, Interventional, or Cardiovascular Labs; or supervisory experience.Preferred: 5+ years as a radiological technologist and over 3 years in a supervisory role.Supervises 10 employees. Skills & Responsibilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency with computer systems.Familiarity with imaging and patient care equipment.Supervises staff, ensuring quality and efficiency of services.
