About the Role

The Radiology Manager is responsible for leading daily imaging services operations, ensuring safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging, and providing an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technologists and support staff to ensure safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging and an exceptional patient experience.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff performance to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and radiation safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical leaders to drive workflow improvements and quality initiatives.
• Utilize RIS/PACS and EMR systems effectively to support operations.
• Handle budget management, equipment coordination, and staff education.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts aligned with a patient-centered, faith-based culture.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of diagnostic imaging procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with RIS/PACS and EMR systems.
