Radiology Services Manager

Role: Radiology Manager Responsibilities Lead daily imaging services operations, overseeing technologists and support staff.Ensure safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging and an excellent patient experience.Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff performance.Maintain compliance with regulatory and radiation safety standards.Collaborate with physicians and clinical leaders to optimize workflows and quality initiatives.Utilize RIS/PACS and EMR systems efficiently.Handle budget management, equipment coordination, and staff education. Qualifications & Skills:Leadership experience in radiology or diagnostic imaging.Knowledge of radiation safety, regulatory standards, and imaging technology.Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to manage budgets, staff, and workflows effectively.Commitment to quality improvement and patient-centered care.
