About the role
The Department of Radiology at the University of California, Davis School of Medicine is actively recruiting for Specialty and Subspecialty faculty members within the Divisions of Abdominal Imaging, Cardiothoracic Imaging, Musculoskeletal Radiology, and Neuroradiology in the Health Sciences Clinical Professor (HSCP)/Clinical Professor (Clin X) series at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank (commensurate with experience and credentials).
Responsibilities
- Engage in clinical service activities based on subspecialty training and may include CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and plain films.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings based on subspecialty training and weekend call rotation within the following areas: Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal Radiology, Cardiothoracic, or Abdominal Imaging.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess an M.D., D.O., or equivalent degree.
- Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Radiology.
- Candidates must have postgraduate training, including fellowship or work experience, in one of the following subspecialties: Abdominal Imaging, Cardiothoracic Imaging, Musculoskeletal Radiology, or Neuroradiology.
- Candidates must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of California or eligible for licensure.
Qualifications

Benefits
- Annual Z bonus of up to $20,000.
- One-time relocation allotment of $20,000 upon hire (based on eligibility criteria).
- Call pay averaging $18,000 to $26,000 annually (varying by division).
- Annual allotment for licenses and conferences.
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $425,000 - $525,000. This position includes membership in the Health Sciences Compensation Plan.
