Diagnostic Radiology opening with an award‑winning health system in Delaware. Join an established and collegial team of radiologists in a hospital‑employed practice.
Realistic income potential exceeds $900K per year. You will work within a team of 17 radiologists representing all subspecialties, and all subspecialty radiologists are welcome to apply.

The state features beautiful beaches (Dewey and Rehoboth) with 5‑star water‑quality ratings, is sales‑tax free, and has very low property taxes (9th lowest in the nation). Delaware also provides 16 state parks (10,000 acres) and more than 150 miles of trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding.
Facility location: Dover, the capital of the “First State,” is known for its history, culture, and tax‑free shopping. Situated on the St. Jones River, Dover offers panoramic views, numerous historical attractions, the Biggs Museum of American Art, and a vibrant downtown with architectural and culinary delights.

Pay
Pay range: $550,000 – $900,000 per year.
Base salary: $550,000.
RVU bonuses: $55 per RVU after a 10,000 RVU threshold.
Compensation example: Most radiologists read approximately 80 RVUs per day (~16,400 RVUs per year). At $55 per RVU, this yields $902,000 in annual compensation.
