About the Role

The MRI Technologist produces high-quality diagnostic MRI images, assists radiologists and physicians during procedures, and ensures patient safety and comfort. They make technical decisions to optimize image quality, communicate effectively with patients and staff, and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans
• Assist radiologists and physicians during procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort
• Make technical decisions to optimize image quality
• Participate in after-hours standby
• Navigate hospital computer systems

Requirements

• ARRT certification in MRI
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum of two years of MRI experience
• Experience working with GE or Philips scanners
