Radiology Consultant

Title: Radiology Consultant Location: Remote Position Type: Contract Compensation Pay Range:$66.15-$94.50 Per Hr Description This position requires an experienced consultant to provide technical and application support in a remote setting. The role involves assisting with radiology projects, troubleshooting, and offering operational support. The consultant must quickly adapt to the environment and contribute effectively with minimal supervision. Requirements 8 years of IT/application experience in healthcare environments 5 years of hands-on experience with radiology/medical imaging applications Strong experience in supporting radiology workflows and imaging systems Experience with Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and enterprise imaging platforms Strong understanding of imaging workflows, modalities, and system integrations Experience in troubleshooting complex application and workflow issues Experience in supporting implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives Key Responsibilities Assist with ongoing radiology technology and application projects Provide application support and troubleshooting across the radiology environment Investigate and resolve production issues to support the internal team Support radiology system configuration, testing, and upgrades Troubleshoot issues involving radiology workflows, modalities, and integrated systems Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues Identify areas needing additional support and contribute independently Qualifications Experience supporting multiple radiology modalities including CT, MRI, ultrasound, etc. Experience working within a large hospital or health system environment Ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows Epic Radiant certification preferred Experience with radiology interfaces and integrations Experience providing senior-level consulting in complex healthcare environments Contact Authorization By applying for this job, you agree to receive AI-generated calls, text messages, and/or emails from Mitchell Martin Inc and its affiliates and contracted partners at various frequency through traditional and automated methods.
