Radiology Assistant - Per Diem
About the role
Provides general assistance and support to the technologists and the radiology team; performs a variety of tasks to enhance the flow of patients, supplies, and information within the Imaging/Radiology department.
Responsibilities
- Exam room preparation
- Stock/inventory maintenance
- Patient transport coordination
- Some clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
- None required for education
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience with previous hospital settings preferred
- One year experience with patient care preferred
- Basic medical terminology preferred
