Radiologic Technologist Team Lead- Flex

About the role

The Team Lead Radiologic Technologist Flex works at multiple GoHealth Urgent Care centers, traveling between sites to provide radiologic services and administrative support. This role is responsible for performing x-ray services, patient registration, rooming, and maintaining medical records.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations including inventory management and patient concerns resolution
• Drive key performance indicators and strategic initiatives with the On-site Manager
• Perform x-ray services under the direction of a clinical provider
• Register and schedule patients, process co-pays, and coordinate referrals
• Prepare patients for examinations and conduct preliminary tests
• Stock exam rooms, front desk, and reception areas
• Maintain medical records and scan charts to patient files
• Answer phones, collect and sort mail, and perform courtesy call-backs
• Follow operating instructions to perform and document daily controls and calibrate equipment
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance and control measures

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program
• 2+ years Radiology Technologist experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration
• Applicable state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Pass MVR background check
