Radiologic Technologist - Sign-On Bonus

About the Role

Provides supervision and coordination of Radiologic Technologists and support staff in performing various radiologic procedures. Ensures efficient patient scheduling, manages staff work schedules, maintains supplies, and oversees equipment operation. Regularly performs radiologic technologist duties, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as ACR and The Joint Commission.

Responsibilities

• Guide students and perform quality control of radiographs
• Handle administrative tasks such as inventory and budgeting
• Assume charge duties when needed

Requirements

• Registered radiologic technologist with current license and CPR certification
• Two years of hospital radiology experience
• Ability to operate radiographic equipment and assist patients of all ages
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of radiation safety principles (ALARA)
• Leadership experience in a clinical setting
