Radiologic Technologist | Full-Time Evening I Newark Campus

ChristianaCare is a nonprofit health system with a mission of service, partnering with patients and their families to build a system of care that is effective, affordable, and valuable. The Christiana Hospital Imaging Department is seeking a Full-Time Radiologic Technologist for the evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM), 40 hours per week, including every 4th weekend evenings and every other holiday.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipment.
• Develop and identify radiographs, ensuring proper labeling with film, date, and time.
• Cover the Emergency Department (ED), OR, Surgi Center, Portables, and Fluoro.
• Assist in the training of radiology technology students.
• Use and perform quality control on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography Systems.
• Operate equipment from Phillips, Siemens, Carestream, and Canon.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Radiology Science.
• ARRT Registered Technologist (required).
• Delaware license.
• Certification in CPR.
• Flexibility in hours and duties.
• RT Technologist experience preferred.

Pay

$34.01 - $46.76 per hour, based on relevant experience.
