Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic Imaging Center (Per Diem)
Location: St. Vincent’s Medical Center, Bridgeport, CT (includes a 473-bed community teaching hospital, a 76-bed inpatient psychiatric facility in Westport, a large multispecialty provider group, and special needs services for adults and children). Shift: As needed, for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
About the Role
The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures in various locations, including but not limited to ambulatory or acute settings. Responsibilities involve positioning patients, operating diagnostic x-ray equipment, and providing patient care during imaging exams to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Radiography program
- State of Connecticut Radiographer license
- ARRT certification in Radiography
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
