About the Role
A Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) providing advanced imaging procedures to support diagnosis and treatment.
Responsibilities
- Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Educate patients on procedures and ensure their comfort and safety.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate imaging equipment.
- Evaluate images for technical quality and document findings.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum one year of radiologic technologist experience.
- Current radiologic technologist/radiography license per state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Preferred ARRT certification and additional licenses as required.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and PC skills.
- Physical ability to move and handle equipment, work effectively with diverse personnel, and maintain concentration.
