Role: Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) responsible for performing advanced imaging procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Responsibilities include: Educating patients about imaging procedures, preparing and operating radiologic equipment, evaluating image quality, troubleshooting equipment issues, documenting procedures, and following safety protocols including infection control and radiation safety. Qualifications And Skills Minimum one year of radiologic technologist experienceCurrent Radiologic Technologist/Radiography license in accordance with state regulationsCurrent BLS certification (AHA/ARC)Preferred: ARRT certification and other relevant licenses Necessary skills encompass critical thinking, excellent communication, technical proficiency, physical ability to handle equipment and move patients, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure, often requiring close attention to detail and teamwork.
