Radiologic Technologist

About the role

A skilled Radiologic Technologist is needed for a travel role. You will perform advanced imaging procedures, ensure patient safety, maintain equipment, and collaborate with healthcare teams to produce high-quality diagnostic images.

Responsibilities

• Perform and evaluate radiographic procedures to assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment.
• Educate patients about imaging processes and address their questions.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and sterilize radiologic equipment and imaging rooms.
• Document procedures accurately and follow safety protocols, including radiation safety and infection control.
• Ensure equipment functionality and report malfunctions promptly.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, strong interpersonal, technical, motor, and sensory skills.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Appropriate licensure and BLS certification.
• ARRT certification is preferred.
