Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Managing daily department operations and ensuring delivery of high-quality services
- Providing clinical instruction and evaluating student progress
- Handling workflow scheduling and assisting in staffing management
- Promoting cost-effective use of supplies and equipment
- Collaborating with other departments to improve systems and patient care
- Maintaining exam quality and adhering to safety protocols
- Training new staff and ensuring equipment safety and functionality
- Utilizing PACS and EPIC systems efficiently
Qualifications And Skills
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Program
- Registered by ARRT and holding an active Illinois State License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Numerical ability for budgeting and quality assurance
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science degree
- Ability to manage change and foster teamwork
