Radiologic Imaging Technician - Urgent Care Clinic

About the role

Performs basic radiologic procedures at UAB community clinics under the supervision of a Radiologist and the Imaging Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintains responsibility for assigned procedures or work areas.
• Independently operates within established protocols to produce diagnostic images using prescribed ionizing radiation.

Requirements

• Graduate from an Associate Degree Radiography program accredited by a mechanism acceptable to the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Full Time, 7on / 7 off; Monday - Friday, 7am - 7pm; Saturday, 8am - 3p, Sunday 1pm - 5pm
