Role Overview Performs radiographic procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist, handling designated areas and procedures requiring independent judgment. Responsible for operating imaging equipment, troubleshooting issues, and processing media. Provides basic nursing care, manages departmental clerical duties, and ensures patient rights are protected. Supports performance improvement initiatives, assists in orienting new staff, supervises students during clinical rotations, and promotes a safe environment. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred.NM Radiography Technologist (RRT) License or Temporary License required.ARRT R.T.(R) certification preferred at hire; must obtain within one year.
