Radiation Therapy Manager - Full-Time

Job Summary

Manages IP and OP operations of Radiation Oncology. Directs and supervises support services needed by Radiation therapists, dosimetrists, and physicians.

About the Role

Imaging Manager for both BEH and East Campus Radiation Oncology Departments including therapy, CT SIM, and Rad Oncology Clinics. Oversees quality of patient care, technical staff performance, budget management, and staff orientation, education, and development.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a staff therapist as needed.
• Performs clinical duties as appropriate under the direction of the Medical Director.
• Utilizes radiation therapy equipment to deliver appropriate doses to patients.
• Communicates effectively with physicians.

Requirements

• ARRT (T) Registered
• BLS Completed Prior to Going to the Unit/Department and Maintained Going Forward
• Five Years Hospital Experience in Radiation Therapy
• At Least Three Years Supervisory Experience
• Proven Progressive Leadership
• Level 1 Trauma, Academic Medical Center Department

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration or other related field in clinical radiology, radiation oncology, or other healthcare related field.
