• About the role: Oversight of either Mechanical, Electrical, I&C, Services, Contract Maintenance or Maintenance Plant Support groups. Providing technical and administrative direction to the teams supervisors.
• Responsibilities:
  • Providing an adequate level of trained and qualified personnel to implement the required maintenance activities.
  • Ensuring team activities are performed in accordance with the applicable site procedures.
  • Approving the training and qualification of team personnel.
  • Approval of Maintenance procedures.
  • Responsible for managing their respective areas/systems through the team Supervisors who direct the day-to-day activities of their personnel.
  • Ensuring maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with applicable procedures, instructions, policies and regulations.
• Development & approval of Maintenance guidelines & procedures.
• Respond & reconcile emergent work activities as deemed necessary by Operations Management.
• Ensure maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with applicable procedures, instructions, policies and regulations.
• Professional Interface with outside entities such as NRC, INPO, & ORC.

Four years related Maintenance experience. Two years nuclear power plant experience. During the two years, the individual shall have participated in supervisory or management activities of an operating nuclear power plant. Six months on-site experience.
